- Before leaving town, arrange your needs into one list. Then write the things you simply want in another. When a property comes up short on your must-haves, there's no need to even spend time looking at it.
- Have an established price range. This could be based on mortgage or a reasonable estimate of how much you'll get from the sale of your current home.
- Take into account drive time to your job or other activities. Traffic in the Annapolis area could be different than what you're used to, so tell me how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.
I can send you my best recommendations before you get into town. Or you may already have some top candidates culled from your own research. While seeing listing photos on the web is great, there's nothing like visiting homes in person. I can schedule any necessary appointments and map a route.
